Payment Schedules and Registration Deadlines

Camp payments are taken out weekly every Monday. Payments are charged two (2) weeks before the start of the camp week being paid for. This will also be the last day to register for that camp week.

For example: The first week of camp is June 3 - June 7. Payments will be withdrawn for this week on Monday, May 20. May 20th is also the deadline to register for the first week of camp. Registration forms turned in after May 20th will ONLY be registered for weeks 2-8.

YMCA Membership Cancellation

Membership obtained during the camp season DO NOT terminate at the end of Summer. If a caregiver signs up for a YMCA membership in tandem with camp registration, their memberships are treated as regular memberships and continue to renew monthly. If you wish to only have a membership during the camp season, you MUST complete a ‘Membership Termination’ form with Member Services.

Payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Photo Identification at Pick-up & Check-out

For their protection, campers will not be released to anyone other than their caregiver or individuals listed as authorized pick-ups on their camp registration form. As a precaution, summer camp staff will request photo IDs at the time of check-out until they are familiar with you and the people on your pick-up list.

Discipline Policy

The North Central Florida YMCA follows four steps regarding discipline.

  1. Verbal warning to the camper and caregiver.
  2. A written warning to the caregiver.
  3. Suspension from the program (1 - 3 days).
  4. Dismissal from the program.
