SILVERSNEAKERS® - SILVERSNEAKERS® is a program offered by Humana Ins. is now available at the Northwood, McGurn and Putnam YMCA locations. If you are 55+ and currently have Humana Ins., please stop in and ask how you can sign up for a free membership to the SilverSneakers® program.
We currently are offering the SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength and Range of Motion classes on Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday at 10:30am. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living skills. All members are welcome to come and join in on the fun.
