Fitness Center Orientations
Individualized instruction on the correct use of equipment is available for all members. Please call in advance to schedule your orientation with Wellness Staff.
Personal Training
Want to get in shape but don’t know how? Need a little extra motivation in your workouts? Need to maximize your workouts in the short amount of time you have? We have certified Personal that can work one-on-one with you to develop a personalized fitness program! Enroll in Personal Training today! Visit the Front Desk and complete a Personal Training Request form to get started.
Childwatch Service
As a family member, Childwatch services are available for a maximum of 1.5 hours at Northwood and Bradford County YMCAs. Children will play games, watch videos, and have fun under the supervision of YMCA staff and volunteers. The ages that a YMCA is able to accommodate are dependent upon facilities. Please check with the facility for more information. Please limit your time to 1.5 hours.
Guests
Members who would like to share their YMCA experience with friends or family may request a guest pass (one guest per person) from the Front Desk staff. Guests under 18 years of age must have a parent/legal guardian present. Fees are $5 for senior, college and youth, $7 for adult, and $15 for family with a maximum of 5 visits per month.
Facility Rental
Northwood, McGurn and Putnam County YMCAs offer facility rentals. Call the facility you wish to rent for prices and for more information.
