Northwest Facility

The Northwood YMCA is located in northwest Gainesville. The facility offers a diverse range of programs and houses activities for all ages. The facility houses Afterschool Program, Aquatics, Health and Wellness, Preschool, Youth, & Adult Sports, Preschool & Youth Gymnastics, Generation Room, Teen Leaders Club, Summer Day Camp, Facility Rentals, and meetings for many local organizations like the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.

Southwest Facility

The Southwest YMCA Facility is located at 9315 SW Archer Road, just south west of the Archer Road and the SW 92st Street intersection. This multi-faceted facility is a sprawling 47 acres and offers a range of outdoor activities open to both YMCA members and non-members. The facility is the primary field location for the YMCA’s youth and adult sports leagues.

Rental Information

How do I rent the YMCA Facilities?

  1. Fill out the rental request form at the front desk at least one month prior to the requested date for your event. (Facility rental is subject to availability and all YMCA programs have first priority for facility usage.)
  2. You will be contacted by YMCA Staff within 2 business days to verify your requested date is available.
  3. Upon confirmation of reservation, follow payment schedule noted on Facility Rental Request Form:
    • Non-Refundable $50 Reservation Deposit due at time of rental confirmation
    • Resource Room - $50 Security Deposit | Basketball Gym - $100 Security Deposit
    • Security Deposit is due at least one week prior to event.
    • Security Deposit will not be applied towards the Final Balance due.
    • Full payment of balance due required at least 48 hours prior to event or it will be cancelled

What Facilities are available for rental and what are the hourly fees?

Resource Rooms (capacity 50 people)
Complete Facility Rental Request Form
Includes tables and chairs. Great for birthday parties, business meetings, parent groups, etc.
Members: $30/hour
Non-Members: $45/hour
Basketball Gymnasium (capacity 200 people)
Complete Facility Rental Request Form
No food or drinks are permitted in the gymnasium. To serve food or drinks, you would be required to also rent the resource room(s) for your event.
Members: $75/hour
Non-Members: $90/hour
Pool Rental (rates are subject to change for parties over 25)
Complete Pool Rental Request Form
A pool rental includes pool, lifeguards and tables. The pool may only be rented on weekends during non-business hours. If a party is rained out, you may reschedule your party or ask for a refund. Refunds will be prorated based upon the time spent at the rained out party.
Rental Fees: $50 non-refundable reservation fee
Security Deposit: $50 Cash
Members: $50/hour
Non-Members: $75/hour
GYMNASTICS PARTY!

Let our party staff take care of you! We will provide all of the party supplies, depending on what package you chose from. Our staff will plan party activities, assist with the set up and clean up, serve any food, and even cut the cake while you sit back and enjoy the party! Feel free to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your party start time to set up the Celebration Room. Each party will run for 90 minutes with 30 minutes in the Celebration Room. Please schedule your party at least two weeks in advance.

The FUNdamental Package: $200
We provide your essential party supplies in any color of your choice, for example orange or green. Supplies included are plates, cups, utensils, napkins, tablecloth, and five balloons. This also includes FIVE large one-topping pizzas and 20 breadsticks from Pizza Hut.
Party Kid
The Birthday Bash Package: $250
This package includes all essential party supplies in any theme of your choice, for example Scooby Doo or jungle themed. We provide goodie bags, not filled, to go along with your theme. This also includes FIVE large one-topping pizzas and 20 breadsticks from Pizza Hut.
The Party Animal Package: $300
This package includes all essential party supplies in any theme of your choice, PLUS a themed cake. We provide goodie bags and the goodies to go inside in the theme of your choice. This also includes FIVE large one-topping pizzas and 20 breadsticks from Pizza Hut.
*NONMEMBERS WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL $25 FEE
