Fun Days at Northwood YMCA
When the kids are out of school the YMCA is the place to be! Fun Days are free to after school participants in good standing.
Dates: 2007-October 26/November 21/December 20 & 21
2008-January18/February 15/February 18/March 28
Fees: Members: $20 Non-Members: $30 Times: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Child Care is not available on the following dates: November 2nd (UF Homecoming), November 22nd & 23rd (Thanksgiving), December 24th & 25th (Christmas), January 21st (MLK Day), May 26th (Memorial Day).
Friday Fun Nights at Northwood YMCA
Activities include theme nights, occasional field trips, swimming, arts & crafts, organized group games, and dinner. Children participate in age appropriate activities. Participants in the afterschool program can stay through 11 pm as long as registration fee for Fun Night has been paid in advance. Participants left without prior registration will be assessed a late fee of $10.

*Available every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month unless child care department is closed. Minimum number of participants required. Please pre-register!
Spring Break Camp
The YMCA is the place to be over the break! Children will participate in camp like activities including arts and crafts, organized games, group activities, field trips and more!

Fees: $100.00 Members $120.00 Non-Members
Grades: K-8th
Times: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm at Northwood YMCA

Holiday Camp
The YMCA is the place to be over the winter holidays! Children will participate in camp like activities including arts and crafts, organized games, group activities, field trips and more!
Dates: Week 1: December 26 -28, 2007 (3 days)

Fun Club - Kindergarten to 5th Grade - View Flyer
Our afterschool program participants are transported to the YMCA upon dismissal from school. YMCA trained and energetic staff will provide age appropriate activities that will include: bi-weekly field trips, swimming (weather permitting), arts and crafts, organized games, and homework assistance. Our enrichment club program is available 3 days per week, 1 hour each day. Participants choose three separate categories of interest and explore new frontiers. Examples are drama, technology, science, dance, edible arts, and sports of all sorts. Come and see what adventure we have in store for you!

We provide transportation from the following schools: Northwood YMCA: Talbot, Norton, Glen Springs, Terwilliger, Stephen Foster, Littlewood, JJ Finley, Healthy Learning, PK Yonge. Hidden Oak, Chiles, Idylwild and, Wiles.
Northwood YMCA will begin providing pick-up and transportation from the Southwest schools (Hidden Oak, Chiles, Idylwild, and, Wiles) to the Northwood YMCA as of January 7, 2008.
Southwest Site: The Tower Rd. location is no longer available.

PrYme Time - 6th to 8th Grade
PrYme Time is our afterschool program for middle school aged children, designed to be a safe environment in which to have fun and grow as individuals. Activities will include swimming, games and crafts. Homework time is provided with assistance available from staff. PrYme Time also participates in fundraising activities and field trips.
Fees: Members: $80 Non-Members: $105
