Annual Payment
Members may choose to pay the fees for the entire year and have 30 days from their expiration date to renew a membership without repaying the joining fee. (Non-transferable)
Monthly Draft
Your monthly membership fee may be conveniently deducted from your checking or savings account or charged to your major credit card on the 15th of each month. This payment plan is designed to automatically renew your membership each year. If we are unable to draft your account because of insufficient funds or a declined credit card, you will be responsible for the payment, plus a $25.00 service fee within ten days of being notified.
Financial Assistance
The YMCA policy is to provide services to those in need, regardless of their ability to pay established fees. Assistance is awarded based on demonstrated inability to pay. Applications are available at the Customer Service Desk. Please do not hesitate to pick up an application today.
Membership Freeze
Members have the ability to freeze their membership at anytime at the cost of only $5 a month. You are able to freeze your membership up to six months. A 10 day notice is required to effectively freeze the membership. Please call our customer Service Desk for more information.
A.W.A.Y.
The YMCA is a part of a national reciprocal membership program called ”Always Welcome at the YMCA.” If you are visiting another city that has a participating YMCA, you may use the facility either free or at a reduced rate. The customer service desk has a listing of participating YMCAs.
YMCA Corporate Membership

Refund Policy
If the YMCA for any reason cancels a program, a full refund will be given. If you wish to discontinue participation in a program, a pro-rated credit toward another program will be given. No cash refunds will be given. All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.
Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your membership, you must complete a cancellation form. The cancellation will take forty-five (45) days from the day we receive your request. You will receive a mailed confirmation letter within 10 business days of your request. Please keep a copy for your records.
Registration Process
Our YMCA members may register for programs beginning the first day of the month. Open registration begins the 15th of the month. A completed program enrollment form and full fee is required at the time of registration. There are no prorated fees for classes missed. The YMCA will charge $25 for returned checks. Please note: all program dates and times are subject to change.
Youth & Guest Policy
The YMCA does not directly supervise youth during their visits to the YMCA unless they are registered for a specific YMCA program or signed into Childwatch. Please see the front desk for the full copy of our guest policy. Youth members cannot bring guests to the facility.
Parental Supervision Policy
As of July 18, 2005, children who are not enrolled in a program and are under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during their visit to the YMCA. The only exception is for children attending special events.
If your child, under the age of 14, is left at this facility without parent/guardian supervision and is not enrolled in a program, you will be called to pick up your child immediately. Refusal to pick up your child may result in loss of membership.
